Delivery
All orders are dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow 30 days for delivery. If an item is out of stock it may take a little longer. If you are unsure if your order will arrive in time for a certain date please check before ordering. All orders are sent by a carrier service and require a signature. Customers who request an unsigned for delivery do so at their own risk. We use recycled packaging wherever possible.
Returns
We accept all responsibility for any mistaken order and we guarantee that your order will be sent to you as soon as possible at no extra cost.
Please note fabrics or trims may vary from the photographs due to their handmade nature and availability of materials. This makes each item unique. All sizes quoted are approximate. Exact color matches to web photographs cannot be guaranteed. We ask for your flexibility and understanding, and guarantee you that we’ll do our best to meet your request.
Should you find that our product does not meet your requests, please let us know what was that disliked you about it, in order to improve our service.
Damage Policy
We are very careful in packaging our merchandise and take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. Every package leaves our hands packed to our Carrier’s specifications and based upon our experience with our Carrier.
If you have accepted your package, please open the package upon receipt and immediately inspect the contents. If upon inspection you see that, despite our best efforts in packaging, your order has arrived damaged, we ask that you please follow the instructions outlined below:
Keep the damaged items and all the packaging materials inside the same box in which they were shipped. Bring this original package with all the damaged contents and original packaging material to your local post office to file a claim. The Post Office will give you a claim form to fill out. The Post Office will then send the claim to us so we may fill out our Section of the form. The Post Office will keep only the damaged items. We will send your replacement merchandise at no charge as soon as we have received the claim form completed by the original addressee.
Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of any damaged merchandise. When notifying us, please give us your transport document number as emailed to you upon purchase, your full name, address, phone number so we can ship you a replacement. Please note that we replace your order at no cost but we are not responsible for the delivery taxes that apply to the new delivery. You will be informed of the new taxes and upon confirmation we will ship the new package to the desired address.
Please note that postage, packing and shipping charges are not refundable.
